Sorry we have been gone for the past week. We were busy upgrading parts of the site, then the holidays hit. But we are back for all sorts of daily goodness.

Today, we give you something a little different. It is not a restaurant review, but an idea of what to do with your leftover ham, and some fried chicken (in our case, Church's).

This sandwich is really not hard to make, you just need a few simple things.

-Sub rolls
-Ham (sliced)
-Fried chicken
-Lettuce
-Tomato
-Swiss Cheese
-Honey Mustard

Directions
Just stack everything on a sub roll and eat. You can heat up the ham, chicken, or melt the cheese if you would like. But it really is that simple, and beyond tasty.

Drop us a line to let us know what you think.
